Lorna Padia Markus
Lorna Padia Markus has more than 20 years of experience working with closely held businesses, nonprofit agencies, pension plans and individuals. Her focus is on acting as a business partner to her clients as they navigate complex tax laws and accounting rules.
Prior to Lorna’s public accounting experience, she also worked with the ALS & Neuromuscular Research Foundation (now a part of the Muscular Dystrophy Association) as their financial officer and has served on numerous nonprofit boards.

Lorna’s practice focuses on businesses and their owners to assist them in improving their internal accounting systems and internal control, reporting their financial results to outside lenders and investors, and complying with various federal and multi-state tax requirements.

Lorna also has extensive experience in serving as a business advisor for business transactions, entity selection, employee benefits and business turnarounds.
